All quotations are subject to Trans Emerald Logistics Corp Terms and Conditions , which are available upon request , Estimates of freight charges are furnished as convenience to shipping public. It only represents an approximation of freight charges which is not binding either on the carrier or the shipper. All service and transportation charges on shipment and or merchandise will be assessed on the basis of published provisions legally in effect at the time of shipment and or service , as applicable to the commodity or commodities shipped , stored and transportation and related services performed in connection therewith.

ACTUAL INVOICE CHARGES MAY DIFFER WHEN SHIPMENT ,WEIGHT , DIMENSIONS, PACKING SERVICE REQUESTED OR DESCRIPTION VARIES FROM THE ONES USED WHEN QUOTING. MERCHANDISE MUST BE PROPERLY PACKAGED OR CRATED FOR EXPORTATION AND DELIVERY. IF NOT EXCLUSIVE USE WILL BE APPLIED: Lineal Ocean foot may applies when shipment occupies space that can not be used by other shipments. QUOTED RATES ARE VALID FOR 30 DAYS AND APPLIES ONLY TO REGULAR CARGO AND SERVICE . Trans Emerald Logistics Llc is a Third Party Logistics.
* IN CASE OF CREDIT GRANTED * (Collect charge will be payable within 15 to 30 days)
Shipment Carriers For FAK Liability will not exceed the maximum of $2.00 per pound per package on USA inland freight. On Ocean freight a Maximum of $500 as of 46U.S. 30701( Carriage of Goods by Sea Act ("COGSA") , unless excess value insurance is purchase before the shipment moves.
Any Unpaid balance will be
subject to REGULAR RATES AND PENALTIES AS OF USC 49 CFR 377.205 :
It is agreed that Trans Emerald Logistics Corp is a Third Party Logistics., acting as a freight forwarder under US Department of Transportation regulation . Any unpaid balance amount will be subject to regular rates and / or interest charge of 3.5% per month.
With a Min. charge of $75. Trans Emerald Logistic Corp. reserve the right of not releasing current shipment on COD (Cash on Delivery) Terms.. Applicants must pay all fees incurred in the collection of past due charges to Trans Emerald Logistic.
Non Compliance with the terms of this agreement may result in a suspense of credit and rate privileges.
REGULAR OCEAN RATES AND STORAGE RATES :
OCEAN RATES : 3.50 PER C/F / $12.00 CWT
BUNKER: 42% OF OCEAN RATE CHARGE
GENERAL RATE INCREASE : .35 CENTS OF CUBIC FEET
DOCUMENTATION : $55.00
Storage Fee :STORAGE CHARGES APPLICABLE AFTER 10 DAYS OF CARGO ARRIVAL TO OUR WAREHOUSE AT A MINIMUM RATE OF $55 PER PALLET PER MONTH
Pick and Pack: .25 cent per unit
Exit fee: $20.00
PUERTO RICO DELIVERY REGULAR RATES :
AVAILABLE UPON REQUEST .
FULL RISK INSURANCE AVAILABLE FOR ADDITIONAL $0.50 PER EACH $100.00 OF THE TOTAL VALUE OF THE CARGO.
INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED ON ALL YOUR SHIPMENTS. INSURANCE ON YOUR SHIPMENT IS NOT COVERED BY TRANS EMERLAD LOGISTICS UNLESS SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED IN WRITING. SHIPMENT MUST BE PROPERLY PACKED IN ORDER
